tbsp sugar

tsp salt

tbsp cooking oil

tbsp soy sauce

white onion

bunch green onion

clove garlic clove

oz black forest ham
Instructions
1: To a small bowl, combine oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and salt. Set aside. 2: In a wok, add 2 tbsp cooking oil over medium high heat. Add half the minced garlic when hot - sauté for 10 seconds before adding the diced ham. Allow to cook for a few minutes to get a nice char. Remove from heat. 3: In the same wok, add the remaining 2 tbsp cooking oil over medium high heat. Add remaining minced garlic and diced white onion. Sauté for 30 seconds before adding day-old cooked jasmine rice. Gently break the rice clumps and allow to toast for 2-3 minutes. 4: Move the rice to half of the wok and add your eggs. Scramble gently until it’s 80% cooked before combining with the rice mixture. 5: Add in the sauce mixture and frozen peas and carrots. Mix everything together. 6: Add in the ham and mix. Taste and adjust to your liking. 7: Garnish with green onions and serve hot.View original recipe
